Dear customers and friends,

We've composed this list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help address some of the concerns about the December 1, 2009, closure of our Panama City, Fla. facility and the recent sale of the Century brand from Century Boats, Inc. to All Craft Marine. As always, everything will be done to ensure customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Q: How will I get my Century serviced?

A: Please contact the original dealer who sold you your Century Boat. If that is not successful, please use the following protocol:

• If your Century branded boat was built prior to January 1, 2010, and the MIC/Hull Identification number starts with CEB, please contact Century Customer Service at 1-866-894-1626 (handled by Yamaha)  if you have any warranty related questions or concerns.
• If your Century branded boat was built after March 6, 2012, and the MIC/Hull Identification number starts with AAC, please contact Century Customer Service at 1-813-236-8879 x222 (1-813-CENTURY x222) (handled by All Craft Marine).

Q: Will Century honor my warranty?

A: Century will honor all outstanding warranties, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the applicable Century Boats Limited Warranty.

• If your Century branded boat was built prior to January 1, 2010, and the MIC/Hull Identification number starts with CEB, then Yamaha is handling warranty matters on behalf of Century pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Century Limited Warranty for the Century boat in question. 
• If your Century branded boat was built after March 6, 2012, and the MIC/Hull Identification number starts with AAC, then All Craft is handling warranty matters for all Century branded boats pursuant to the terms and conditions of the All Craft Limited Warranty.

Q: I am buying a used Century. Where do I get information about it?

A: There is product information available on the Century Boats website, www.centuryboats.com

Q: Who do I contact for customer service?

A: Please first call the original dealer who sold you your Century boat. If that is not successful, please call the following numbers for customer service issues:
