| Bio: | Capt. Jeff Hagaman, a native of Florida’s West Coast, is a fishing guide and tournament angler, spending more than 300 days a year on the water, and successfully fishes tournaments including the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series, the FLW Redfish Series, the ESPN Redfish Cup and the IFA Redfish Tour. Jeff obtained his Captain’s license in 1997, starting his charter company, Reel Adventures – sharing his passion for inshore and backcountry fishing with his guests. Jeff’s extensive experience and tournament success has lead to an impressive resume of media appearances. He has appeared on ESPN’s North American Outdoors more than a dozen times, along with guest appearances on television show’s “Hooked on Fishing,” “Bent on Fishing,” and “Florida Marine Scene.” Jeff, and fellow Team Century anglers, is the feature of a new reality television show, Tarpon of Boca, on the Outdoor Channel. Jeff makes regular appearances on the Chevy Florida Fishing Report, providing updates on fishing throughout the Tampa area. Jeff has also been the feature of several articles in leading marine industry publications, including Salt Water Sportsman, Sport Fishing, Florida Sportsman and Florida Sport Fishing, among others. In addition to being named the Team of the Year of the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series in 2005 and winning two of the series’ events, Jeff has victories in the Miller’s Marina Catch the King Tarpon Tournament, the Chuck Lamar Grand Slam Celebrity Fishing Tournament, the Outback Steakhouse Tournament, the St. Jude’s Hospital Charity Tournament, and the FLW Redfish Series, Sarasota event. Jeff has been recognized for his conservation work in support of the Coastal Conservation Association’s Tampa Chapter, the Port Manatee Redfish Hatchers and the Florida Guides Association Boca Grande Pass Clean-Up efforts. Jeff is a full-time Coast Guard Licensed and insured guide, is a member of the Florida Guides Association, the Coastal Conservation Association of Charterboat Operators, and the International Game Fish Association. |
